Housing Contact Centre
The Housing Contact Centre is a one-stop-shop for tenants, applicants, agencies, and members of the public. Assistance can be provided for a variety of housing issues including requests for crisis accommodation for the homeless and those fleeing domestic violence, to information and assistance in accessing the private rental market or applications for social housing. Assistance is available for general inquiries; Rentstart; account inquiries; housing applications by telephone; fraud or corruption reports; or feedback. People of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent who wish to speak to an Aboriginal staff member, can let the operator know and they will arrange this for between 8.30am to 4.30pm, Mon to Fri.
